360 Degree View enables PACS users to quickly and easily search for members and to easily enter the operations modules. The PACS user gets an immediate view of the member’s credit history along with the transactions of the member.

The application is flexible for the PACS users to easily navigate and is driven by easy to understand picture-icons, obviating the need for even minimal
computer literacy among users. Additionally, Roots can be used in any Indian language.

Roots helps PACS maintain the farmer-member’s loan account and interface to the Savings Bank account of the member at the DCC Bank Branch. The operations on the KCC account are processed through the Savings Bank account.

In addition to member on-boarding and regular banking services, the PACS Solution also supports loan processing, trading activities, warehousing, PMFBY file extracts, public distribution systems, and the handling of member shares.

The solution is optimally parameterized to cover the various nuances in the operational and policy environment. It first maps the geographies involved and yields precise operational data on loans, deposits, and trading activities.
